Today the skies are mostly clouds here in my part of the world. I am choosing to share some photos from about a month ago on the shores of the Pacific Ocean. We visited the Torrey Pines Gliderport. It was spring break time so lots of activity.
This was the view opposite the sign.
A few feet further and these were what we saw!
That’s right, folks jumping off of perfectly good land with nothing but a kite on their back!
Turns out there is a nude beach, a rarity in the US, just below this cliff. Maybe that is the reason for jumping!
Please, visit all the skies across the world by clicking here.
That looks like fun!

Well that looks like fun but I don’t think I’d try it. I think though you might be right about the (nudist beach).

Great photos!! My friends used to do this too. It is funny about the nude beach. In Toronto there is a little island (airport and residential area) but a small nudist beach. Years ago people would boat around there to take a peak:) I heard later when I lived that that it was illegal to swim nude (Federal jurisdiction) but okay on the beach. My friend and I wanted to go make a point to how silly this was but we chickened out thinking two middle aged moms would probably make a fool out of ourselves rather than a statement.

It was so beautiful one would have to work to get a bad photo! Middle age mom, yeah, no!
