Hootin’ Anni has such a beautiful set of photos this week, Mine will be a capture I made while in a car moving about 60 miles an hour. I am still excited about the capture even if not perfect.
Noooo, that’s not it!. That is another buzzard. We saw so many we began to be afraid they were just waiting for one of us to kick the bucket.

Sunny with a chance of beautiful weather today here in central Texas.
We have been enjoying more birds visiting our little area outside our apartment. We live across the street from a shopping center. There are several tech companies within a half mile radius. An Interstate and two tollways intersect within a couple of thousand feet. So I consider this an urban area. Any birds I see are a real bonus. Just this week a cardinal visited but flew before the camera could be retrieved. Luckily this killdeer, though elusive, did allow me to capture a few shots!
